How to get started
- Read the code — the entire engine is open. Every folder has a README.
- Introduce yourself — post in Discussions. Who you are, what you want to build.
- Read the founding docs — SwarmTrap v4, Foundation v0.1, Open Utopia
- Pick a component — Foundation needs builders. The v0.1 design is ready.
- Open a PR — the first contributors build the platform they'll own.
